I have been extremely happy with my alterations that Zoe has done for me recently, a bargain designer jumpsuit… purchase that was too long in the legs and underarm , taken up and taken in with darts , zoe has also carefully rescued a brand new maxi dress, & turned into a midi with a burnt hem accident that I had with a faulty iron! I was in no rush so happy to wait out prom & wedding season between try ons , I am looking forward to wearing them on my next intended events 🙂 very happy with the prices I’ve paid for the knowledge time & work involved , I will definitely be back with some minor repairs and adjustments soon, Thank you very much 🙂read more

She sorted out all our outfits in the run-up to our big day – altered numerous hen do… outfits for me and my mum, worked her magic on the bridesmaids’ dresses (even steamed them for us!), altered the mother of the bride dress, my ‘night before’ bridal jumpsuit, and tailored trousers for both my dad and brother.She’s super talented, lovely to chat to, and nothing was ever too much trouble. From… bespoke designs, Prom dresses, wedding dresses etc to alterations, you will honestly not go wrong with Too Many Dresses. My daughter and I have had LOADS of things altered over the years, my daughter’s alterations have usually been very complicated to say the least! In particular, her Prom dress and since lots of intricate summer wear.Zoe is beyond helpful, even going out of her way to source exact matching ribbon, cotton etc, if she doesn’t have these in stock. Getting dressed up, particularly for formal occasions, has never been in my comfort zone. But I always knew I wanted… Zoe to be the one to make my wedding outfit and she did an absolutely amazing job!I had a rough idea in mind for a two piece which Zoe then drew out and designed. We discussed and chose fabrics, then during the fittings she added little touches to the finished design (scalloped edges on the top, scooped neckline at the back, neat little waistband on the skirt).The two piece was beautiful without being fussy, easy to get on without needing help (corona times!) comfortable to move in, and above all made me feel special whilst still feeling like myself! Zoe even made me & the groom matching facemasks out of my fabric and his pocket square!If you’re looking for something special, handcrafted and locally made, Too Many Dresses is the way to go!read more

I have just received my second order of masks from Zoe to be able to give my family. I was really pleased with the… first. I asked with the new order for a few changes just to personalise them. This she did and got 6 to me in super fast time. They are beautifully made and very comfortable to wear. I have sent for a few on the internet which are a total ripoff. One was advertised as Italian designs and British made whereas a small piece of paperwork enclosed said ‘Maid in Vietnam’. It was twice the price of Zoe’s and nowhere near the quality or comfort in wear. Highly recommend her workread more

I ordered 4 face masks last week from Too Many Dresses and they came yesterday. Despite being warned they might not… come until 27th/28th, Zoe got them done quickly for me and they arrived quicker than expected in time for the guidance changing today. They are hands down the comfiest masks I’ve ever worn and I’ve (finally!) found a mask I can wear with glasses without them steaming up! So good we’ve ordered more for my husband!
